APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresh graduates (Bachelor/Master Degree from all backgrounds) or graduates with maximum 1 year experience
- Vietnamese nationality
- GPA (Grade Point Average): above 7.0 out of 10 or equivalent
- Honest, proactive, innovative, self-motivated
- Result oriented, collaborating, influencing & innovating
- Leadership potential
- English fluency and computer literacy
- Candidates who had entered the Assessment Center round – Management Trainee or Graduate Engineering / Sales Talent at Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam will be not eligible for this year program
