III. Summary of responsibilities
- Assist the Aquaculture Project Manager with the coordination and implementation of project activities.
- Work directly with project partners
- Coordinate and develop network of local partners and third parties.
- Supervise the team of aquaculture specialists
- Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Act as a pivot point for the implementation of aquaculture projects and execution of company strategy.
- Plan project activities with department manager and lead execution.
- Supervise all aquaculture specialists in the execution of consultancy projects and R&D.
- Support department manager in developing the team of aquaculture specialists.
- Report progress, discuss issues and develop action plans with manager.
- Coordinate communication, activities and events with local partners.
- Maintain and develop network of local partners to ensure the good implementation of projects and the company strategy.
Desired qualifications:
Minimum Educational Requirement:
- degree in the field of aquaculture
- 3 years experience
Language:
- Vietnamese and English required
- Excellent in both verbal and written communication
