Phụ trách lập kế hoạch và tổ chức thực hiện về nhu cầu than hàng tháng, hàng năm của công ty;

Responsible for preparing annual and monthly coal demand plan and organizing its implementation;

Phụ trách phối hợp, đôn đốc bên vận chuyển than;

Responsible for coal delivery;

Phụ trách thống kê, hạch toán, quyết toán nhiên liệu, lập và báo cáo kịp thời các bảng biểu thống kê nhiên liệu;

Responsible for coal statistics, accounting, settlement work, timely preparation and submission of coal statistical statements;

Phụ trách quản lý và vận hành máy móc công trình tại kho than;

Responsible for the management of machinery in coal yard.

Phụ trách quản lý thông tin số liệu than;

Responsible for information management of coal data.

Phối hợp hoàn thành công tác kiểm kê than tồn kho;

Cooperate to complete the coal counting work.

Phụ trách giám sát và đôn đốc công tác quản lý vận hành hàng ngày của các thiết bị vận chuyển than, lọc tro bụi;

To supervise the daily operation and management equipment of coal transport, ash removal and slag removal.

Phụ trách giám sát và đôn đốc việc bảo trì, sửa chữa thiết bị lấy mẫu than, thiết bị đo lường;

To supervise the maintenance of coal sampling equipment and metering equipment.

Phụ trách tổng hợp và rà soát kế hoạch hàng năm về sửa chữa (tiểu tu, trung tu, đại tu), giải pháp kỹ thuật, phương án ứng phó sự cố, giải pháp cải tạo đổi mới thiết bị, vật tư dự phòng, vật tư tiêu hao của các thiết bị thuộc phạm vi quản lý;

Responsible for preparing and reviewing the annual plan of grade maintenance, technical measures, Anti-accident measures, equipment renewal and transformation, spare parts, material consumption and so on.

Phụ trách giám sát, nghiệm thu và điều phối thiết bị được bảo trì do đơn vị thứ ba thực hiện;

Responsible for the supervision, acceptance and coordination of equipment maintenance.

Phụ trách phân tích tổng hợp các bản ghi và số liệu vận hành trên sổ ghi chép công việc sản xuất như vận chuyển than, lọc tro xỉ tại hiện trường;

Responsible for comprehensive analysis of operation records and data of coal transport, ash removal and slag removal.

Phụ trách tổ chức công tác hiệu chỉnh chạy thử từng phần, hiệu chỉnh chạy thử tổng thể và khởi động sau khi hoàn thành các đợt sửa chữa hạng mục phụ trợ như vận chuyển than, lọc tro xỉ;

Responsible for organizing the step commissioning, overall commissioning and start-up of various types of maintenance in coal transport, ash removal and slag removal.

Responsible for the laboratory supervision of coal, ash and slag in production system.

Phụ trách rà soát và thực hiện các công việc giám sát kỹ thuật có liên quan;

Responsible for the implementation of related technical supervision work.

Phụ trách về việc hiệu chuẩn, thử nghiệm và bảo trì các thiết bị đo lường, dụng cụ an toàn và các thiết bị nâng hạ thuộc bộ phận mình;

Responsible for the calibration, testing and maintenance of measuring instruments, safety instruments and lifting facilities of the department.

Tốt nghiệp chính quy đại học chuyên ngành tiếng Trung hoặc chuyên ngành điều khiển điện hoặc các chuyên ngành có liên quan đến điện;

University graduate majoring in Chinese, electrical control or electricity-related majors;

Thành thạo sử dụng ứng dụng và máy tính văn phòng. Có khả năng diễn đạt bằng ngôn ngữ, trình bày văn bản và năng lực sắp xếp công việc tốt, có thể trình bày báo cáo kỹ thuật chuyên ngành và tổng kết kỹ thuật tốt;

Proficient in using office computers and applications. Having good verbal, written presentation skills, work organization skill, able to present specialized technical reports and summaries;

Quán triệt thực hiện phương châm, chính sách, quy trình, tiêu chuẩn trong lĩnh vực điện lực và của quốc gia về lò hơi, rà soát, tham gia xây dựng và giám sát thực hiện các quy trình tại Nhà máy (bao gồm các quy trình vận hành, sửa chữa, thi công v.v.);

To carry out national and power industry guidelines, policies, regulations and standards on boiler pressure vessels, review and participate in the formulation of on-site regulations (operation, overhaul, construction regulations, etc.), and supervise the implementation;

Phụ trách quản lý an toàn lò hơi, quản lý giám sát kỹ thuật xử lý kim loại;

Responsible for boiler pressure vessel safety management and metal technology supervision management;

Tổ chức xin cấp giấy chứng nhận kiểm định lò hơi;

To organize and apply for the use certificate of boiler pressure vessel;

Phụ trách lập kế hoạch vận hành lò hơi hàng năm và giám sát, kiểm tra, tổng kết và báo cáo tình hình thực hiện;

Responsible for the preparation of annual boiler pressure vessel work plan, and the implementation of supervision, inspection, summary and report.

Organize the investigation and study of major equipment accidents and defects related about boiler supervision management, find out the causes and take corresponding measures;

Giám sát kỹ sư hàn, kỹ sư xử lý hàn nhiệt, chuyên viên kiểm tra không phá hủy, chuyên viên kiểm tra lý hóa, kỹ sư kiểm định và nhân viên vận hành tại vị trí thao tác, và thường xuyên kiểm tra chất lượng công việc của họ;

Supervise welders, heat treatment welders, NDT personnel, physical and chemical inspectors, inspectors and operation personnel to work with certificates, and check their work quality frequently.

According to the safety status of boiler pressure vessel, the change of structure and performance of metal parts under supervision and the development of defects, timely organize the inspection and take measures;

Tổ chức lập và hoàn thiện quy trình và các hệ thống điều lệ quản lý giám sát kỹ thuật kim loại của công ty, lập kế hoạch công tác giám sát kỹ thuật kim loại hàng năm, đồng thời, giám sát, kiểm tra, tổng kết và báo cáo tình hình thực hiện;

Organize the establishment and improvement of the company's metal technology supervision and management and various rules and regulations, prepare the annual metal technology supervision work plan, and supervise, inspect, summarize and report the implementation situation;

Hỗ trợ điều tra, phân tích các sự cố, khiếm khuyết lớn của thiết bị được phát hiện trong quá trình giám sát kỹ thuật kim loại, tìm ra nguyên nhân, áp dụng biện pháp xử lý, và báo cáo với bộ phận cấp trên có liên quan theo quy định;

Công ty được thành lập để thiết kế, xây dựng và vận hành nhà máy nhiệt điện đốt than. Cơ sở sẽ là một phần của Dự án Điện BOT của Công ty (“Dự án Điện”) theo Quy trình Xây dựng-Vận hành-Chuyển giao (“BOT”).

Cơ sở có nghĩa là một nhà máy phát điện được xây dựng tại Tổ hợp điện Duyên Hải, tỉnh Trà Vinh, Việt Nam gồm hai tổ máy, mỗi tổ máy 617.3, với tổng công suất thiết kế là 1.234,6 MW, và tất cả các nhà máy và thiết bị cần thiết liên quan, sẽ do Công ty xây dựng và sử dụng cho mục đích sản xuất điện và cung cấp Công suất đáng tin cậy và Sản lượng năng lượng đầu ra được Công ty bán cho Tổng công ty Điện lực Việt Nam (“EVN”) theo các điều khoản của Thỏa thuận mua điện.

Công ty đã được cấp thời hạn 25 năm kể từ ngày vận hành thương mại (“COD”) của toàn bộ nhà máy điện. COD của toàn bộ nhà máy điện là 57 tháng kể từ ngày Đóng tài chính. Ngày đóng góp tài chính là 12 tháng kể từ ngày ký hợp đồng BOT vào ngày 29 tháng 12 năm 2015. Nhà máy đã vận hành thương mại ngày 23 tháng 12 năm 2021.

Janakuasa Vietnam Limited is 100% of foreign investment capital. The registered office of the Company is located at Mu U Hamlet, Dan Thanh Commune, Duyen Hai County Town, Tra Vinh Province, Vietnam.

The Company was established to design, construct and operate a coal burning thermal power plant. The Facility shall form part of the Company’s BOT Power Project (“Power Project”) in accordance with the Build-Operate-Transfer (“BOT”).

The Facility means an electricity generating plant constructed at Duyen Hai Power Complex, Tra Vinh Province, Vietnam comprised of two Units, each Unit of 617.3 , with total designed capacity of 1,234.6 MW, and all necessary plants and equipment relating thereto, which shall be constructed by the Company and used for the purpose of producing electricity and providing Dependable Capacity and Net Energy Output to be sold by the Company to the Electricity Corporation of Vietnam (“EVN”) in accordance with the terms of the Power Purchase Agreement.

The Company was granted a term of 25 years from the commercial operation date (“COD”) of the whole power plant. The COD of the whole power plant is 57 months since the date of the Financial Close. The date of financial contribution is 12 months since the signing date of BOT contract on 29 December 2015. COD of Facility’s on 23 Dec 2021.
