Do nhu cầu mở rộng hệ thống farm nuôi tôm công nghệ cao, công ty chúng tôi cần tuyển:

🔹 ĐỊA ĐIỂM LÀM VIỆC: ấp Thới Hòa 2, xã Thới Thuận, tỉnh Vĩnh Long
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
• Quản lý, theo dõi quy trình nuôi tôm tại farm công nghệ cao.
• Kiểm tra và kiểm soát các chỉ số môi trường nước: pH, kiềm, oxy, độ mặn, NH3, NO2…
• Theo dõi sức khỏe, tốc độ tăng trưởng và tỷ lệ sống của tôm.
• Quản lý thức ăn, hệ số FCR và quy trình vận hành ao nuôi.
• Phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật và dịch bệnh phát sinh.
• Báo cáo tình hình ao nuôi, sản lượng và hiệu quả vụ nuôi theo yêu cầu quản lý.
YÊU CẦU:
• Nam, sức khỏe tốt, chịu khó, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
• Có kinh nghiệm nuôi tôm tại farm công nghệ cao từ 01 năm trở lên.
• Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Thủy sản, Nuôi trồng thủy sản hoặc các ngành liên quan là lợi thế.
• Có thể ở lại và làm việc tại farm.
THU NHẬP & CHẾ ĐỘ:
• Mức lương: 15.000.000 – 20.000.000 VNĐ/tháng.
• Thưởng sản lượng theo hiệu quả vụ nuôi.
• Công ty hỗ trợ chỗ ăn ở, sinh hoạt đầy đủ tại farm.
• Tham gia BHXH, BHYT và các chế độ theo quy định.
• Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, ổn định và có cơ hội phát triển lâu dài.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a pivot point for the implementation of aquaculture projects and execution of company strategy.
- Plan project activities with department manager and lead execution.
- Supervise all aquaculture specialists in the execution of consultancy projects and R&D.
- Support department manager in developing the team of aquaculture specialists.
- Report progress, discuss issues and develop action plans with manager.
- Coordinate communication, activities and events with local partners.
- Maintain and develop network of local partners to ensure the good implementation of projects and the company strategy.

Minimum Educational Requirement:
- degree in the field of aquaculture
- 3 years experience

Summary of responsibilities
Working alongside Fresh Studio aquaculture consultants to implement project activities ranging from farm surveys and data collection to R&D and technical support.
Duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist with consultancy assignments in Vietnam
- Conduct field research using both structured and unstructured data collection techniques
- Analysis of market and field data
- Coordinate field experiments and technology tests
- Support the development of our technical support services for farmers
- Participate in other projects as assigned by the Aquaculture & fisheries manager
Desired qualifications:
Minimum Educational Requirement:
- Aquaculture degree or equivalent
Language:
- Vietnamese and English required
- Excellent in both verbal and written communication
