Project Assistant – Part time (3 positions)

February 2019

Pacific Links Foundation seeks enthusiastic individuals with high communication skills training experience to join us on a part-time basis, working on weekend hours only. This is a 10 month contract position, from March to December 2019. Renewal is possible, depending on funding.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Support the implementation of organization’s human trafficking prevention activities at project sites; provide direct services and support to project beneficiaries

▪ Assist at events & training for project beneficiaries

▪ Keep track of documentation and reporting of project implementation, databases, report preparation

▪ Assist in submission of periodic and final project reports

▪ Provide project and logistical support to Project Coordinators and Managers

▪ Weekend Travel is a must. Work will involve evenings and weekends

Qualifications

▪ Experience in conducting training to women groups

▪ Experience in working in remote areas and ability to undertake frequent, tough travel conditions; willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done including weekends and holidays

▪ Exceptional organisational and time management skills

▪ Excellent oral and written communication skills

▪ Excellent computer skills including MS Office

▪ Demonstrated awareness of the principles of confidentiality, privacy and sensitive information handling

▪ Fluent in Vietnamese; English level at IELTS 5.5 level

▪ Ability to work and prosper in team environment

▪ Ethical and accountable

▪ Bachelor degree required
