1. Title of Job: Auditor for aquaculture standards
Job Description:
This position will carry out certification audit as third party on aquaculture standards.
This position reports to Certification Manager.
Responsibility
Contact with clients to arrange audit.
Make document review at the office.
Prepare audit plan and communicate with the clients
Perform on site audits at factories
Prepare audit report
Follow up with clients for corrective actions
Primary Objectives:
Perform audits according to group standards (ASC, Global GAP, Organic, BAP).
Submit on time audit reports.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• University degree in aquaculture
• Working experience in aquaculture farming at least 3 years
• Practical knowledge about quality management
• Fluent communication in English
• Be precise and accurate.
• Good communication skills
• Internal auditing or external auditing experience is a plus

2. Title of Job: Certification Assistant Position (AGRICULTURE)
Key responsibility
• Assist in customer service and client profile management (get client’s information via phone calls and emails, instruct clients on filling in application form, prepare offer and conduct contract documentation)
• Make invoice and follow up payment for each project
• Coordinate for audit planning, e.g. prepare for monthly audit schedule and follow up with due inspections and reports;
• Support marketing activities of Certification department (coordinating to organize fairs, exhibitions and workshop events)
• To be a contact point between clients, auditors and certifiers in Vietnam and overseas during report checking, certification decision, certification mark, decision to suspension or withdrawal of certificate
• Other tasks assigned by Certification Manager / Assistant to Certification Manage
Education requirement
Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Agriculture, Crop Science, or equivalent.
Work experience requirement: At least 1 year working experience

3. Title of Job: Consultant
Reports to: Senior Consultant

Job purpose: Agricultural consultants are specialist advisers who provide technical, commercial and financial advice and information to farming, agricultural and support to farming to complied with regulation of EU, NOP, JAS Organic Standard, Global Gap Standard and other sustainable standards.
Duties and responsibilities
• Visiting farms to conduct analyses and collect data, such as crop yield
• Measuring, analyzing and interpreting data
• Survey the fields, interview the farmer to make the consultancy plan.
• Advising on compliance with current legislation and use of governmental or organic standard (EU, NOP, JAS)
• Giving demonstrations
• Making presentations
• Preparing reports
• Developing and maintaining a set of client contacts
• Maintaining awareness of developments in your area of specialization, as well as the wider agricultural sector
• Attending conferences
Qualifiications
• University Degree specific in Agriculture
• Specialized knowledge of ISO, Global GAP, Organic as a plus
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good at presentation skills, initiative, teamwork
• 1-2 years experienced
Physical requirements:
• Good health
• Able to travel
